Reston-based Dominion Business Solutions Inc. (DBS), a Reston-based management and information technology consulting firm, has merged with Integrated Business Consulting (IBC) in an effort to expand its services and customer base.
The combined company will operate under the name IBC, a DBS Company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Arlington-based IBC is a program management, training, and management consulting services business.
DBS’ portfolio already includes companies such as EigenX, a data and technology-focused professional services firm based in Philadelphia.
Management from both DBS and IBC will continue in leadership roles.
Dan Maguire, J.P. Foley and John Crumrine from DBS will serve on the board of directors with IBC co-founders Todd Barber and George Hagstoz.
Maguire will serve as president of the combined company, and Tim Spadafore will be COO.
As managing principals, Foley will lead all business development activities, while Hagstoz, Barber, Todd Schuerhoff and Glen Lyle will oversee the IBC service lines. John Crumrine will serve as the CFO.
