Dollar Tree Inc. announced that Jeffrey Naylor has been appointed to the company’s board of directors.
Naylor, 59, retired in 2014 from The TJX Cos. Inc., whose retail stores include T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods. Naylor held many senior executive roles at the company, including senior executive vice president, CFO and chief administrative officer.
In addition, he previously was CFO of Big Lots Inc. and CFO and chief administrative office of Dade Behring Inc.
Naylor currently serves on the boards of directors of the following publicly traded companies: Wayfair Inc., Synchrony Financial, and Emerald Expositions.
