DISYS hires new CFO

McLean-based staffing firm Digital Intelligence Systems LLC (DISYS) has tapped Mike Leroy as its new chief financial officer, effective Aug. 22.

Leroy will oversee financial operations and management for DISYS and Signature Consultants, a Florida-based IT staffing firm that DISYS acquired in April 2021.

“When we combined DISYS and Signature Consultants last year, our vision was to create a platform that both fueled growth and offered an experience that the best talent in our industry wanted to be a part of,” DISYS CEO Mahfuz Ahmed said in a statement. “Our strong run of industry outperformance makes this the perfect time for Mike to join our team, and I look forward to partnering with him.”

Leroy was previously vice president of financial planning and analysis at Henrico County-based IT and professional services provider ASGN Inc. and has more than 25 years of experience in finance.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with a double concentration in finance and strategy from Claremont Graduate University.

DISYS hired Philip Monti as CFO and treasurer in July last year. In May, Monti left and became CFO of Chicago-based consulting firm The Planet Group.
