Distribution/manufacturing property sells for $3.4 million in Fredericksburg

An 85,000-square-foot distribution and manufacturing property on 6.6 acres located at 400 Lansdowne Road in Fredericksburg has sold for $3.4 million.
According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the buyer was Fahim Mohammed, who plans to use property for an automotive recycling facility operated by Lucky Line Motors.
Thalhimer’s Mike Degen handled sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer. The seller was 400 Lansdowne Road LLC.
