Dialysis facility signs for 10,800 square feet in Gloucester

An outpatient dialysis facility has signed a 10,800-square-foot office lease for space in Edgehill Town Center at 6740 Main Street in Gloucester.

RAI Care Centers of Virginia LLC is an affiliate company of Fresenius Medical Care, the world's largest integrated provider of products and services for individuals undergoing dialysis because of chronic kidney failure.

Vivian Turok, senior vice president in the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate Inc., handled lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant. Turok has represented Fresenius Medical Care in several lease transactions for office space throughout the mid-Atlantic.
