Department of Defense renews lease for 5 Years in Arlington

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) has renewed a lease for five years at 2450 Crystal Drive in Arlington. The agency occupies 19,705 square feet of the Century Center One building.

Colliers International Government Solutions team represented the landlord, Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group. The DoD has its headquarters nearby at the Pentagon in Arlington.
