Deep Creek Crossing apartments in Chesapeake sell for $5.1 million

SNL Housing LLC has purchased the 102-unit, Deep Creek Crossing apartments in Chesapeake for $5.1 million.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which brokered the deal, said SNL purchased the 102,750-square-foot property at 2516 Gilmerton Rd. as an investment. The seller was Deep Creek Crossing LLC.

According to Thalhimer, the new owner plans major renovations for the property.

Thalhimer’s Tom Dana handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
