Dallan Construction, a Richmond-based design/build general contractor, recently completed Parham Place III in Henrico County. The two-story, 27,000-square-foot, brick and glass office building is occupied by Royall & Co., a college marketing firm.
The new building joins Parham Place I and Parham Place II, also occupied by Royall. The buildings are located in the 1900 block of East Parham Rd.
According to Dallan, the cost of the build out for the latest project was about $4 million. The building’s owner is JEDD of South Carolina.
