Botetourt County shopping center Orchard Marketplace has sold for $8 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group announced Tuesday.
Club Forest Guardian LLC purchased the 46,552-square-foot property from Orchard Anchor LLC and New Orchard Marketplace LLC on March 10. The property was 100% leased at the time of the sale to Food Lion and Carilion Clinic.
The property is located at 50-110 Market Center Way in Daleville, a suburb of Roanoke.
Eric Robison, Catharine Spangler and Jessica Johnson at Thalhimer’s Roanoke office completed the sale on behalf of the seller.
