Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been awarded management of The Birches, an apartment community in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake.
The Birches, located at 1700 Birch Trail Circle, features 312 units of one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The property is owned by TRP Birches LLC, an entity controlled by Thalhimer Realty Partners Inc.
Apartments include washer and dryer connections, fireplaces and private patios or balconies. Community amenities include a swimming pool with sun deck, tanning bed, fitness center, two tennis courts, a cyber café and community center.
Cindy Scanlan will be the regional manager overseeing the property’s operations.
