The property is owned by TRP Twin Rivers LLC, an entity controlled by Thalhimer Realty Partners Inc.
Twin Rivers, built in 1976, includes 149 two-bedroom townhouse units averaging 900 square feet of space.
Each unit has central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a dishwasher, an island kitchen and a patio. Most units have washer / dryer connections.
Property amenities include a swimming pool, playground and picnic areas.
Several property improvements will be completed, including exterior painting, landscape improvements and unit interior upgrades.
Cindy Scanlan will be the regional manager overseeing the property’s operations.
