Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by Next Realty as the exclusive leasing representative for Stony Point Shopping Center, a 114,422-square-foot neighborhood center located at Huguenot Road and Forest Hill Avenue in Richmond.
With the recent closing of Martin’s grocery store at the center — one of several Martin’s closings in the area — there is a 51,119-square-foot, anchor tenant space available. Following Martin's departure, the center's occupany rate dropped to 55 percent.
Current tenants include Pet Valu, Good Foods Grocery, Bikram Yoga, Southbound Restaurant, Nuevo Mexico Restaurant and Einstein Bagels. The center is located on Huguenot Road and is surrounded by many neighborhoods just south of the James River.
