Closure Systems International Inc. has picked Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer for the sale assignment and property management of a 128,877-square-foot industrial building in the Sandston area of Henrico County.

The property at 4915 Norman Road is near Richmond International Airport. It has ceiling heights of 20 to 26 feet in 65,000 square feet of the facility and 16 feet in the remainder of the building. The structure also has an active rail spur.

The sale representatives are Evan Magrill and Matt Braun. Brandon Lewis is the portfolio manager. All are with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.

The commercial real estate firm manages properties with more than 23 million square feet of space in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina and more than 5,300 multifamily units.
