Textrail Trailer Parts leased 19,500 square feet of office/warehouse space at 300 Stockton St. in Richmond.

Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

Austin Brockenbrough & Associates renewed its lease of 13,643 square feet in Boulders Center at 1011 Boulder Spring Drive in Chesterfield County.

Amy Broderick and Evan M. Magrill handled the lease negotiations.
