Mass Electric Construction Co. has leased 19,975 square feet in the Dow Building at 800 Port Centre Parkway in Portsmouth. Samuel W. Scott Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.
In another deal, Grand Slam leased 12,000 square feet in Hilltop Square Shopping Center at 550 First Colonial Road in Virginia Beach. Sharon Ryals-Taylor of Thalhimer handled negotiations for the building’s owner while J.C. Wynkoop of S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the tenant.
Dollar Tree Stores also renewed its lease of 10,533 square feet in the Southern Shopping Center at 7519 Tidewater Drive in Norfolk. Ryals-Taylor handled the lease negotiations.
