Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports the following recent lease transactions in Hampton Roads:

S&V Warehousing renewed its lease of 64,000 square feet at 5601 City Line Road in Newport News. Clay Culbreth handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

The Daily Press renewed its lease of 21,964 square feet at 311 Ed Wright Lane in Newport News. Bobby Phillips handled the lease negotiations.

Marine Sonic Technology Ltd. leased 11,623 square feet at 120 Newsome Drive in Yorktown. Andy Dallas and Bobby Phillips handled the lease negotiations.
