Swisslog Logistics renewed a 44,066-square-foot lease of at 161 Enterprise Drive in Newport News. Tom Dana of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.

In other deals for Thalhimer in Hampton Roads, Virginia Toy & Novelty Company Inc. leased 12,000 square feet at 5823 Ward Court in Virginia Beach. Patrick Mumey handled the lease negotiations.

Fame Central LLC renewed an 11,080-square-foot lease at 120 Newsome Drive in Yorktown. Andy Dallas and Bobby Phillips handled the lease negotiations.
