Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently signed leasing deals totaling more than 97,000 square feet in the Hampton Roads market.

HRI Bridge Co. has renewed its lease of 20,500 square feet at 420 Export Circle in Newport News. Thalhimer’s Clay Culbreth handled the lease negotiations.

FDCP Inc. leased 18,760 square feet at 1709 Endeavor Drive in Williamsburg. Teresa Nettles and Bobby Phillips, handled the lease negotiations.
