Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports recent lease transactions in the Fredericksburg area, totaling 83,290 square feet.

Creative Color leased 23,066 square feet at 1410 Caroline and 1409-1411 Princess Anne Streets in Fredericksburg for a printing and mailing operation. Berkley M. Mitchell and Mike Degen handled lease negotiations for the landlord.

New Home Media renewed its lease of 15,206 square feet of industrial space in Fredericksburg Center C Building in Spotsylvania County. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations.
