Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports recent lease transactions in the Hampton Roads market, totaling more than 149,431 square feet. The largest deal was for JPS Express Inc. It leased 40,000 square feet in Stone Warehouses at 3050 Elmhurst Lane in Portsmouth. Robert M. Thornton and William Throne handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
In other deals:
Tri-Ways Industries, Inc., a shipyard supplier based out of Washington state, leased 20,750 square feet at 5201 City Line Road in Newport News. Clay Culbreth handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
Axis Marine Machining and Fabrication Inc. leased 20,000 square feet at 3933 Holland Blvd. in Chesapeake. Patrick Mumey and Christine Kaempfe handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
Hylink Auto Parts extended its lease of 19,360 square feet in Bay Warehouses at 1400 Cavalier Blvd. in Chesapeake. Mumey represented the tenant during lease negotiations.
