Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will provide exclusive leasing and property management services for the Hampton Tech Center in Hampton.

Rialto Capital Advisors LLC selected the commercial real estate firm to provide these services.

The 57,000-square-foot office building at 903 Enterprise Parkway is in the Hampton Roads Center South Campus.

Tenants include the IRS and Mitre Corp. The building currently has more than 22,000 square feet available for lease.

Rob Wright and Josh Fulton of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer are the exclusive leasing representatives, and Juli Corbett is the portfolio manager.
