Southside Baptist Ministries has leased 26,000 square feet at 3806 Jefferson Davis Highway in Richmond. Michael A. Shaia and Scott Douglas handled the lease negotiations.

In another deal, Virginia Premier Auto leased 11,700 sqare feet at 1420 Chamberlayne Road in Richmond. Franklin Bell, Isaac DeRegibus and Will McGoogan handled the lease negotiations.
