CrossCountry Consulting acquires California advisory firm

McLean-based business advisory firm CrossCountry Consulting announced this week that it has acquired California consulting firm CNM, adding 200 employees.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and CrossCountry Consulting did not respond to requests for comment. According to the company, the purchase strengthens CrossCountry’s national footprint in the West Coast.

Founded in 2003, CNM specializes in accounting, transactions, risk advisory and business transformation. More than 200 CNM employees are spread across offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, New York and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Its clients range from growth and mid-market companies to multinational Fortune 500 companies.

CNM’s managing partner, Sanjay Sheth, will become the managing partner of CrossCountry’s Los Angeles office and Southern California market leader.
