Cortek to relocate to Southpoint development in Spotsylvania County

TD&G Properties LLC has purchased an 8,000-sqare-foot office building at 5444 Jefferson Davis Highway in the Southpoint I development in Spotsylvania County from the Estate of Harvey L. Pettit for $1. 2 million. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the building will be occupied by Cortek Inc., a local defense contractor, who will relocate from its office on Ballantraye Drive.
