Greenville, South Carolina-based ARS Treatment Centers has opened an opioid addiction treatment center in Harrisonburg, its sixth site in Virginia.

ARS operates more than 50 office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) facilities in five states.

The Harrisonburg location is at 590 Neff Avenue, Suite 5000. ARS accepts Medicaid and most major commercial insurance plans. The other Virginia centers are in Abingdon, Danville, Fredericksburg, Manassas and Wytheville.

In addition to Virginia, the company has locations in Kentucky, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

ARS Treatment Centers is a subsidiary of Crossroad Treatment Centers. Together they operate more than 80 addiction treatment facilities in 10 states.
