Commonwealth Commercial Partners will mange the property for East Coast Metals Distributors in Richmond. The company occupies a 45,000 square foot industrial building at 928 N. Meadow St. Alex Crouch will be property manager.

Commonwealth Commercial Partners, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Richmond, manages more than 10 million square feet of property in Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
