Commercial land near Harrisonburg medical center sells for $1.5 million

An 11-acre parcel of commercial land near Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg has sold for $1.5 million to The Reserve at Stone
Port I LLC. It purchased the parcel from Stoneleigh Associates LLC and plans to develop the property in phases, including apartments.

David Denman of Cottonwood Commercial brokered the deal.
