Colliers Virginia — part of Colliers International Group Inc. — has appointed members to its two boards of directors overseeing Colliers’ five regional offices in Virginia, the company announced Tuesday.
The regional company has a national board of directors comprised of three senior leaders from Colliers International, including COO Gil Borok, General Counsel Matt Hawkins and Southeast President of Brokerage Ryan Kratz. The board also includes two senior leaders from Colliers Virginia: Chairman Tony Smith and President Scott Adams.
Colliers also has a Virginia-based board of directors that oversees its branches in the commonwealth in Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, Newport News, Norfolk and Richmond. It includes Smith and six other senior leaders: Gray Randolph and Lang Williams from the Norfolk branch; and David Wilkins, Matt Anderson, Todd Willett and Will Bradley from Richmond.
“We are excited to announce this dual level of board oversight as it embodies the spirit of Colliers’ commitment to empowered local leadership with the support of the global enterprise relative to governance and day-to-day operational leadership,” Kratz said in a statement. “Our Virginia offices are performing ahead of plan, and we are confident that there is significant growth ahead for the firm.”
Colliers Virginia has 370 employees across its five Virginia offices, but Colliers International has operations in 68 countries with more than 14,000 employees total. In 2018, the company’s corporate revenues were $2.8 billion.
