Real estate company Colliers International promoted Megan Sullivan to assistant vice president at its Richmond office, the company announced Thursday.

Sullivan began her commercial real estate career in July 2015 and specializes in sales and leasing for office and medical office buildings. She came to Colliers in January 2019, and before that was a senior associate at CBRE. Since she started, Sullivan has listed more than 500,000 square feet of property in Richmond.

Sullivan earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate from the University of Georgia.

Colliers is headquartered in Toronto but has offices in Charlottesville, Norfolk and Richmond. The company operates in 68 countries and employs more than 15,000 people. In 2019, Colliers had corporate revenues of more than $3 billion.
