Two multi-tenant, retail buildings have sold in Fredericksburg, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite, which represented the sellers.
In the first transaction, 15 South Gate LLC bought a 18,780-square-foot, multi-retail tenant building at 15 South Gateway Drive from Carter West LLC and the Silver Cos. for $5.9 million. Donny Self with Coldwell Banker represented the sellers.
In the second deal, Platinum Development LLC purchased a 16,200-square-foot building on Jefferson Davis Highway from KIMYD LLC for $4.5 million. According to Coldwell Banker, the property was fully leased at the time of closing. Self and Carl Braun of Coldwell represented the seller.
