Clarabridge names new CEO

Clarabridge announced Monday that it has named Mark Bishof as CEO.

Bishof retired in December 2015 from software asset management firm Flexera Software, which he led as president and CEO for 10 years. He previously held positions at Macrovision, IBM, Deloitte Consulting, Crossroads Software and Booz Allen Hamilton. He is an operating partner at private equity investment firm Thoma Bravo.

Current Clarabridge CEO Yunchun Lee will again become executive chairman of the company's board of directors.

Clarabridge offers customer experience management to hundreds of companies, helping businesses analyze customer data.
