CBRE|Richmond said the 164,163-square-foot, two-building complex is located at 10561 and 10571 Telegraph Road, 12 miles north of downtown Richmond.
The sales price was not disclosed.
The suburban office park is anchored by Citizens Bank who will occupy the 10561 building until 2031.
Other major tenants in the portfolio include Bon Secours and The Pediatric Center. The park is currently 89 percent leased.
The office park was sold by CBRE|Richmond’s Will Bradley, along with CBRE, Inc.’s Patrick Arangio and Jack Howard, at auction through RealINSIGHT Marketplace, an online commercial real estate platform.
Radix Equity has engaged CBRE|Richmond to continue to lease and manage the portfolio.
