Christopher C. Wallace, director of office brokerage for the Richmond office of Colliers International, has been promoted to senior vice president.
Wallace has worked for the company for more than 10 years and serves on the board of directors for Harrison & Bates. He specializes in office facilities for local, national and international clients. Clients have included the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Better Business Bureau, ITT Institute, BB&T and Dominion Resources.
