A Chesterfield County office building has sold for $2.4 million, Norfolk-based real estate company S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. announced Wednesday.

Located at 530, 540 and 550 Southlake Blvd., the 43,544-square-foot property was 100% leased at the time of the sale to companies including industrial manufacturing company Ingersoll Rand Inc. and machinery diagnostics company VibrAlign.

The property spans three office and warehouse buildings and is located less than 1 mile from Chesterfield Towne Center.

Sisters II LLC purchased the property that spans 3.25 acres from TJP-TD LLC. S.L. Nusbaum Vice President Chris Zarpas represented the buyer and Byron Holmes, vice president of Richmond-based real estate company Porter Realty Co. Inc. represented the seller.
