An industrial building in Chesterfield County sold for $2.77 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced last week.
Located at 8801-8899 Whitepine Road, the 28,600-square-foot Adbel Business Village sits on 4.1 acres. SMW Warehouses LLC purchased the property from Harrison & Hine LLC as an investment.
Constructed in 1998, the building (most recently assessed at $1.63 million) last sold in 2007, according to Chesterfield County property records. Industrial parts distributor Motion Industries Inc. last year leased 15,400 square feet of the building, according to Divaris Real Estate.
