A multi-tenant retail property in Chesterfield County sold for $1 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced last week.

Located at 10801 Midlothian Turnpike, the 9,735-square-foot property was 100% leased at the time of the sale to Howes Car Stereo, SMG Imports and My Elite Physique, said Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer Senior Vice President James Ashby IV.

Southern Investment LLC purchased the property from Virginia Realty of Richmond. Ashby and Annie O’Connor of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale on behalf of the seller.
