QSR Realty Partners Inc. has bought 2.44 acres of land in Chesterfield County as a restaurant site.

The commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said Presidential Motor Inns of Charlotte LLC sold the property at 12149 Jefferson Davis Highway for $1.08 million.

The land will become the site of a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurant.

Connie Jordan Nielsen and Alicia Brown of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser, while David Smith, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller.
