The Offices atHanbury, a three-acre, 22,098-square-foot office park in Chesapeake, sold to Hanbury Road Partners LLC for $2.3 million.
According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the company made the purchase as an investment. The seller was Hanbury LLC.
