An industrial/flex building in the Greenbrier Commerce Center in Chesapeake has sold for $5.4 million.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, The Runnymede Corp. bought the property at 1420 Kristina Way from Greenbrier Commerce Center LLC. It plans to use the 34,642-square-foot property as an investment.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s John P. Duffy Jr. and William Throne handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
