Charter One Mortgage renews for more than 100,000 square feet in Henrico County

Charter One Mortgage has renewed a lease for 117,253 square feet of space at 10561 Telegraph Road in Henrico County. The Richmond office of CBRE handled the transaction.
In other deals for CBRE in the county, Free Agents Marketing leased 14,292 square feet at 4800 Cox Road, and Dynis leased 11,894 square feet at 1600 E. Parham Rd.
