Two Charlottesville office condos have sold for a total of $3 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which represented the seller.
Bank of the James and Fox Hill Partners LLC each purchased a condo at 550 E. Water St. for $1.5 million, according to property records from the city assessor’s office. The seller was 550 Water Street LLC.
Lynchburg-based Bank of the James bought Unit 100 – 4,027 square feet of space – for a branch location.
Fox Hill Partners LLC purchased unit 200, a 4,871-square-foot space and will use the location as their office.
