A stretch of land in Caroline County has a new tenant.

McGrath RentCorp, a business-to-business rental equipment firm, has leased about four acres at 16174 Industrial Drive in Milford, according to an announcement from Have Site Will Travel Ltd.

The landlord on the property is Mildford Investment Properties LLC.

John Jay Schwartz of Have Site Will Travel represented the tenant in the leasing of the land.
