A 159,514-square-foot shopping center has sold in Chesterfield County.

North Carolina-based Rivercrest Realty Investors has bought Hancock Village just off Hull Street Road, according to an announcement from JLL.

Rivercrest Realty Investors is based out of Raleigh, N.C.

JLL did not immediately respond to a query about the sales price for the 27-acre property.

Hancock Village was bought for $27.5 million in 2013 by an affiliate for the Arizona-based Cole Real Estate Investments. 

JLL managing director Margaret Caldwell and vice president Margaret Jones represented the seller in the most recent Hancock Village deal.

In 2013, Rivercrest Realty bought the Norton Commons Shopping Center in Norton for $6.9 million.
