CBRE| Richmond has been awarded the leasing of Stony Point Shopping Center at 9006 W. Huguenot Road in Richmond.

Located at Huguenot Road and Forest Hill Avenue, the 115,021-square-foot shopping center is anchored by Martin’s Grocery. Other tenants include Einstein Bagels, Frank’s Pizza and Toys That Teach.

CBRE|Richmond’s Rob Black and Will Donovan will handle the leasing of the property.
