CBRE|Hampton Roads has been appointed by Guardian Realty as the exclusive leasing agent for Twin Oaks I & II in the Lake Wright Executive Center in Norfolk.

The two adjacent Class A office buildings at 5700 and 5800 Lake Wright Drive offer 168,221 square feet of space. They have visibility from I-64 and are located near the Norfolk International Airport at the intersection of I-64 and Military Highway.

Tenants in the Lake Wright Executive Center include Amerigroup, Booz Allen Hamilton, CMA CGM, Virginia Oncology Associates and ZIM USA.

Donald Crigger, executive vice president of CBRE|Hampton Roads, is the leasing representative for the properties.
