CBRE|Hampton Roads promotes Perry Frazer to managing director

CBRE |Hampton Roads has promoted Persifor “Perry” Frazer to Managing Director of the Hampton Roads region, effective Oct. 1.  In this post, Frazer will focus on oversight of the local brokerage team and the growth of its business while continuing to be active in his brokerage business as well.

During his career at CBRE, Frazer has served as a board member, partner, brokerage leader and personal mentor to young brokers. A few of his clients include First Potomac Realty Trust, Gate Petroleum, Maersk, Raytheon. and Bon Secours.

In 2010, Frazer was the region’s highest producing broker, “Deal of the Year” winner for CBRE.  He also has been recognized by the Hampton Roads Realtor’s Association with awards in the office leasing category in 2010 and 2012.  He's a past chairman of the  Bon Secours Foundation Board and currently serves as a board member of the Norfolk Forum and Downtown Norfolk Council.
