CBRE|Hampton Roads announces more than 470,000 square feet in leases for September

CBRE|Hampton Roads reports monthly leases totaling 470,000 square feet for September. The largest deal was for California Cartage, a trucking and warehousing company. It leased 122,916 square feet at the Commonwealth Commerce Center in Suffolk. Ashton Williamson, Worth Remick and Chamie Burroughs handled the transaction.

In another deal, The Daily Press LLC leased 21,964 square feet at 311 Ed Wright Lane in Newport News. Chris Henderson represented The Daily Press in the transaction.
