CBRE Inc. said Tuesday that EOR LLC has sold six industrial properties in three states, including two buildings in Virginia, to 180 Industrial LLC for $9.6 million.
The two Virginia properties are in Winchester and Chesterfield County. A 6,900 square-foot property in Winchester is located on nearly 7 acres in an industrial park setting. The second property at 11500 Ironbridge Road in Chester sits on 8.2 acres and has 44,300 square feet.
The other buildings were located in Maryland and North Carolina.
