CBRE has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for 140,000 square feet of office space at Gannett’s headquarters complex in McLean.
The agreement at the building at 7950 Jones Branch Drive expands CBRE’s longstanding national relationship with Gannett.
The property offers many on-site amenities, including a 300-seat auditorium, cafeteria with outdoor patio area, conference/dining facilities, a fitness center and jogging trail. The location offers a direct ramp to the Beltway HOT lanes and is close to the Silver Line Metro station, hotels, restaurants and cafes.
Professional services companies and government contractors such as Octagon, Maximus and JER are among current tenants in the complex.
Serving on CBRE’s leasing team are Meredith LaPier, executive vice president, and David Ritchey, Rob Faktorow and Caroline Bour.
