CBRE|Richmond announces that Matt Anderson has been promoted to vice president, effective immediately.
Anderson joined CBRE in 2006 with a focus on representing users (tenants and buyers) of office and industrial properties. He has since negotiated more than 400 transactions valued at over $100 million involving government agencies, national corporations, REITs, medical practices and local businesses.
Anderson has served as the president of the VCU Massey Cancer Center Massey Alliance Board, and currently serves as chairman of the Richmond Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. He also has been active with The Collegiate School and Hampden-Sydney alumni associations. Anderson is a 2004 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
CBRE|Richmond is a CBRE Inc. affiliate office serving the Central Virginia region. In 2012, the Richmond office completed 425 lease transactions encompassing 3.7 million square feet and totaling $229 million, as well as 72 sales transactions valued at $107 million.
